BBQ isn't just food- It's a Smoky love language, a meat fueled cult, and my personal excuse to stand outside for 12 hours doing what looks like nothing, but is actually everything I honor. Tradition like a brisket honors a good rub- faithfully- but I'm not afraid to throw in a little flair. I'm always chasing that mythical trifecta- Bark that crunches like a snack, the bite that makes grown men weep, and the moment when everyone shuts up because their mouths are full and their hearts are happy.
